Zan's Dance Lyfe Welcomes You

I would like to shine a light on the owner, LaZandra Broussard. At the age of 6, my baby Destinee would dance for my mother everyday.  Destinee was creating dance routines, would perform each routine for my mom, and even dance in her hospital room. After the passing of my mom the dancing stopped and I didn't know this was a sign of her grieving. When I took the focus off of myself, I noticed something was different with my baby so I decided to sign her into dancing school. Destinee started crying uncontrollably, her instructor knew our situation and recognized the symptoms. She told me to give Destinee time to heal. About 2 or 3 years later here comes Mrs. Zan, who’s passionate about dancing, decided to open her own dance studio, and yes I signed Destinee into her dance academy. It was a struggle with Destinee, but she finally adjusted to attending dance class. This is the second year of dance school and on yesterday I had the opportunity to watch Destinee practice, and all I could do was smile & cry. Mrs. Zan has recognized Destinee’s gift and she’s pulling it out of her. Go Des! Thank you so much Mrs. Zan! Your rewards will be great because of the seeds that you’re sowing into these young ladies lives!!
